Rowdy is an older fella with a grade III/IV heart murmur. Outside of that he appears to be a very healthy happy fella with his bloodwork looking good for his age. He has been neutered, had a dental, and is all up to date on his vaccines. So he is ready for his forever home. His owner passed away and the family had to rehome all of her animals. He is a very sweet fella who loves to sleep with you (sometimes under the covers), but as an older gentleman he expects a level of respect too which is why we would prefer no small children. He doesn't mind being carried, but does not appreciate being forced to do anything (so vets and groomers require a muzzle). He does very well for the muzzle and for belly bands as needed. He is doing well with housetraining though and with regular trips outside, has done very well. He just wants a soft place to land and call home.
