Chessa was set to be euthanized in a shelter in North Carolina because she was "aggressive." Our volunteers decided to see for ourselves. What we found was a scared, sad little girl. So we pulled her to safety. At first, we thought she was dog aggressive and should not be around other dogs. However, that is not the case at all. Chessa probably has never had a thing in her life, so when she receives something, she cherishes it and doesnt want it taken away from her. She is currently in a foster home with other dogs whom she loves playing with! She has even learned they are not going to steal her treats, bed, or food! She shows no more food aggression and has learned to trust! Please give this girl a chance, she definitely deserves a family of her own!
